SENIOR BUSINESS/ ENTERPRISE ANALYST

Location: Sydney, Australia

This role provides strategic business analysis services to customers and business partners. You will work closely with the business to gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s business strategy, processes, services and roadmap; all within the context in which the business operates. You will provide analysis, advisory and design services to drive proposed strategies and solutions in the HCM business area. The successful candidate will provide business, functional consulting services, design, and documentation for the implementation of Oracle Cloud (HCM) Human Capital Management suite of applications and other related tools and applications.

You will also provide advice and guidance on system configuration, testing and migration strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in small, medium and large project activities

· Strong teamwork, leadership and problem solving skills

· Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment, for customers in a variety of industries, with international locations

· Understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud core functionality, tools and techniques

· Experience with applications such as Oracle eBusiness Suite and Service Now are an advantage

· Demonstrated fluency in business processes, digital transformation and support models in multiple industries

· Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision and multi task

· Able to collaborate closely with developers, advise and lead teams in a multi-cultural setting and act as a liaison between Operations and IT

· Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting and articulating ideas, options and solutions

· Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
