Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultants

Location: Taguig City, Philippines

The successful candidates will be responsible for technical development activities, such as integration, conversion and reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience implementing Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Goal and Performance Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, HR Helpdesk
• Strong technical skills using the following tools:
  • HDL
  • HCM Extract
  • OTBI/BI Publisher
  • PL/SQL
  • XML
  • Rest APIs
  • Java Web Services
  • Design Studio, Page composer, Alerts/Notifications management
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud core functionality including Workflow, Roles/Security, Flexfields, Fast Formula
• Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Payroll business functional knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management 11i or R12 HR/Payroll preferred
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
