Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management Functional Consultants

Location: Taguig City, Philippines

The successful candidates will be responsible for the design, analysis, configuration, testing, documentation and support for the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor/Absence Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management
• Understanding of HCM business processes and support models
• Skills should include:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud core functionality including Workflow, Roles/Security, Flexfields, Fast Formula
  • Use of Fusion tools such as Design Studio, Page composer, Alerts/Notifications management
• Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
